Excess Equip.com offers used roller conveyors and gravity conveyors. Linear-belt technology provides gentle item handling to deliver high-accuracy sorting of items ranging from small consumer goods to oversize baggage. A series of slats are driven by a chain driven/track on each end (2 tracks total). Sprockets attached to a shaft at the discharge end of the unit drive the chains. Each slat has a 4" wide transversing flat belt. The belt drives items from the sorter bed at the proper divert locations by a guided track pin and bearing assembly located beneath the carrying surface.
