Precision plastic balls are a cost-effective substitute for metallic balls in low load bearings. Other uses are lightweight check balls track balls medical assay beads plug balls roll-ons and a variety of other applications. Plastic spheres above 1" to 5" are manufactured from extruded rod. Assay beads are tailored to the specification with sizes as small as 2.0mm and with medical - grade surface finishes from 10-280 Ra (other surface finishes also available).
