The flange mount mixer includes an extra mounted support bearing all welded construction and a durable powder coating. Flange mixers can utilize an existing connection on their tank. Flange mount mixer can adapt to a complete range of flange sizes from 1.5 inches to 12 inches ANSI flanges. ANSI flange mount mixer is highly customizable with multiple gear ratios impellers and shaft lengths for different applications. Our 3 bladed stainless square pitch impeller is the staple impeller for many mixing processes due to its efficiency and durability. These propellers are solid 316L for maximum corrosion resistance in most environments. Being right handed they will pump in an upward direction when rotating clockwise looking down the mixing shaft. This can be ideal for some products with high settling rates or sensitivity to air impartation.
