Screw Machine Specialties provides screw machined parts and assemblies. We offer precision Swiss screw machining services as well as a full line of CNC machining services. Our precision Swiss screw machining equipment can provide 3 axis machining for a variety of materials from carbon steel and alloys to brass titanium and plastics. We accept AutoCAD and SolidWorks files manufacturing components up to 8" in diameter 48" in length and 5" in width. The precision provided by us allows us to maintain tolerances of ± 0.0002" in diameter and ± 0.0005" in length. In addition to our Swiss screw machining services we are also equipped with many other CNC machining capabilities such as CNC milling & CNC turning as well as grinding multi-spindle drilling and thread rolling services.
