Biomass Energy Systems assist in the combustion of waste materials in an efficient manner, minimizing emissions and leveraging a range of fuels. Fuel feed, furnace, and ash conveyor systems are included. Thermal Fluid Systems includes two standard types: HC-1 and HC-2. We also offer a range of customized solutions that incorporate custom engineered thermal fluid heaters along with complete systems, parts and ongoing support. Electric Process Heaters are available in standard and custom heater designs from 2 to 60 watts per square inch. Heater styles utilized are typically Immersion and Circulation electric heaters. Process Bath Heaters can heat various mediums safely. These heaters indirectly heat liquids and gases as the medium passes through process coils that are submerged into a bath solution for heating. Automation Solutions include: Safety Systems, Basic Process Control Systems, Burner Management and Combustion Control, Engineering & Design, Upgrades/Modifications and Training. Direct and Gas Fired Heaters are available in both convection and radiant convective heater styles. Both styles can be configured in various ways (depending on client requirements). Due to flexibility, nearly any style of the heater can be utilized to achieve a single or multi-style configuration. Waste Heat Recovery solutions for minimizing waste and maximizing recovery in plant process heating, combustion air preheating, boiler feed water preheating, and building heating. State/federal funding are often available for these types of projects.
