Six Sigma Laser Services specializes in providing laser drilling and cutting services. We provide laser drilling of tightly toleranced micro holes (as small as .010" +/-.0005) used primarily for application involving flow. Our laser cutting operations offer quick turn multi-axis cuts with minimal kerf width. We can also flow-test the laser drilling job on-site. Each of our lasers are equipped with 5-axis capability allowing us to cut & drill at those hard to reach angles and without the concerns associated with tool pressure or breakage.
