Test Stix is a supplier of calibrated test standards for industrial metal detectors X-ray systems magnetic separators check-weighers and vision systems. We specialize in calibration standards for inspection systems. We install and maintain industrial inspection systems. Metal detection systems are used for ensuring products are free from metallic foreign body contamination. Inline metal detectors should be tested periodically for correct detection and rejection using calibrated test samples. The results of these tests should be recorded with the date and time of test and the sizes of ferrous (Fe) non ferrous (NFe) & stainless steel (SS) test samples used. Calibrated QA test disks are used to validate bulk and free fall metal detector systems to meet HACCP compliance.
